d2 work in partnership with Business Psychologists, Carter Corson who specialise in improving organisational performance through people. Working together since 2010, we were asked to advise on how digital technology can help improve organisational performance.
We identified various areas of the business which would hugely benefit from the development of digital resources, and decrease the need of ‘wasted’ time spent by staff. We met with appropriate managers and members of staff to ensure that as many users needs were accommodated for as possible.
The systems built by d2 Digital include 360 degree and 180 degree diagnostics, giving management a clear picture of training needs across the organisation. Course management features include pre and post course tasks, personal calendars to manage personal development programmes, a personal tasks management system, an internal messaging system to aid communication between all users and management, news dissemination, needs and interests matching functionality.
