WHAT OUR CLIENT SAYS
We've been working with d2 for some time now, both on internal projects and for a major government client. Their work has been outstanding - their creative input, technical design and output quality are consistently strong but it is their customer service and responsiveness that really set them apart from the crowd. d2 have a great team who are a pleasure to work with and they have never failed to deliver.

AIM
D2 Digital was asked by partners Carter Corson to design and build an online training support tool for their client, The House of Commons. The tool had to identify an individuals training needs, support them through the learning and match them with a mentor.
HOW WE RESPONDED
Milestones to Management (M2M) online support and Mentor Match were created to help the House of Commons Learning and Development team manage various groups through multiple training modules over a three year period. The M2M system asks users to rate themselves in numerous competencies and the system identifies the most appropriate training courses for the delegate. The users can then manage their progress through the training courses with access to notes, an ideas bank, documents and a training planner. The system also includes engagement materials and mechanisms such as post course embedding tasks, a messaging system and a forum.
The Mentor Match tool is open to staff from across the whole organisation. Questions are asked of potential mentors and mentees, and based upon their answers staff are matched with ideal mentors. The system facilitates them making contact with each other and ensuring a suitable match.
